''' Depends on the context. It's secure when it comes to confirmations, and that's my mistake, but 0-confirmation transactions are not safe anymore because of RBF implementation. This flaw has been exposed multiple times using BTC wallets. Someone can cancel a transaction by setting a fee rate, making a 0-conf transaction, and then changing the fee rate right after.
